Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

No refunds can be given by The Ruffled Feather TX.

However, we do allow exchanges of size. If you receive a item and it does not fit, if can be shipped back and exchanged for a size that better suits you. We MUST be notified within two days of receiving your package and have absolutely no wear, smell of perfume, animal hair and still have tags attached. You can email us at info@theruffledfeathertx.com. Your item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving it. We recommended using a trackable Source such as USPS. (If your item fails to quality for return, you will be responsible for shipping back to you.) 

>> You must verify that we have your size before shipping item back. If we are sold out of your desired size, you are unable to exchange. If this happens, you will receive a store credit in the amount of the item as last resort. We are so sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. 

Customer is responsible for shipping back to the warehouse & the shipping amount from warehouse to the customer on the second item. You will receive a invoice for this amount.
