If you have questions regarding an order that has already shipped, please contact the United States Postal Service directly for assistance. You will need to provide the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

Once our carrier picks up our packages, we no longer have any kind of control. Be sure to ship to a secure destination - We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, rates come from USPS or UPS and is done by weight and location of the package designation. 

Where do my items ship from?

Orders are typically shipped directly from our warehouse in Trenton, TX. However, there is certain cases where your item will drop ship from said company.
